I saw TS Carla just over 2 years ago and had abit of a similar experience. Wasn't ready on time, I travelled via public transport for this punt and was left waiting outside the exposed building for around 20 mins. Was really awkward. I'm pretty sure this is the same one I left a red one for about 5 years ago. Summary was pretty much as you'd said - I think I said at the end of the review I'd have had more fun setting fire to the money.
