This review clearly ruffled a few feathers. I will not try to justify my review as I do not see the need to. I called it how I saw it and it up to the reader to make their own judgement. My expectations were very high for this meeting based on my previous excellent experience with her and all the other reviews. Georgia is a nice lady who provides a great service and that is reflected in her many positive reviews including my own previous positive review from 2017.
I was left a little disappointed after this meeting as those high expectations were not met hence the "Neutral" review.

Fair enough. I think the white-knighting on display was a bit much for a neutral. Even if some people don't have the same experience with an SP as you, it is all subjective, which not everyone remembers.
