In summary, I didn't get to meet CBM. I have previously (about a year ago) had a video call, but she is now charging £25 for a 10 minute call.

Been swapping messages trying to agree a date and time. Agreed an 11:30am slot earlier this week, which got cancelled just before. At CBM's suggestion, we re-arranged to today and I adjusted my plans accordingly. It was agreed at £60 for 30 mins full service including OW.

I was asked to confirm I was still coming which i duly did. Reply again was "sorry not available".

In my opinion, I had 2 bookings in place, and the advanced text was purely for me to confirm my heart was still in it. Hers clearly is not. Happy to flog you a video, refuses to meet. Which is totally fine. But why bothering advertising as such? Odd. Best avoided.
