Newbie here. I’ve been several times. Never seen the same girl twice. Seems to be quite the rotation. I also, perhaps unfairly sense, the better looking/younger girls aren’t sent to a backwater like Dorchester by the powers that be. That being said, I’ve always enjoyed my visits and it will almost certainly be the subject of my first punt and first review post lockdown.
Happy to be proven wrong if there is a discernible rota.
I don't believe there are "powers that be" that "send" girls anywhere.
The mythical "younger girls" is just that too ... a myth.
All ages, yes, but the majority in the upper age group so you are more likely to see one of them.
How does it all work? No idea.
However, it'll work in the main like any other industry, ie you have Employers (shops) who require staff so they'll go to an "Agency" or advertise on some "Thai newsletter" neither of which will be visible to us.
Yes, there are some shops which are owned/linked, e.g. Winchester, Salisbury, Chandlers Ford, where staff are permanent but rotate between their own shops but most appear to be Independent.
