Sorry for the shit experience. AW reviews are nearly worthless. You should check UKP for reviews; she had zero positives, 1 negative and 1 neutral. She should have 3 negatives and 1 neutral, and of zero positives.

Her service was absolutely rude. Swatting your hand away, trying to rush you to finish quickly so you GTFO in 10 minutes while she keeps full payment for 30 minutes.
