Occasionally I have come across a real gem but, in general, the ‘if they look too good to be true, they aren’t’ rule applies. The younger and Thai girls tend to have more accurate/objective profiles.

This is exactly the same for adultwork. There’s photoshopped profiles everywhere. The big plus to birch place they have videos  on a lot of them now. Also links to they Twitter and Instagram if your that way inclined.
To sum up the site is pretty good but what the users do with they paid for profile is they business.

i've never been on birchplace, and to be honest the only time i've seen mention of it up to now is in relation to TS / Ladyboy profiles so I thought it was mainly for that.  Would you say it's more or less reliable than Vivastreet?  I know quite a few EE girls have severe difficulties with AW and usually end up on vivastreet as it's more 'accepting' (read: a free-for-all) but that said i've had some decent luck with VS, so if Birchplace is of a similar vein i might give it a bash.

Birchplace is the main website for ts escorts as far as I'm aware. Some on there are not on AW. Like the rest of them it's prone to bait and switch etc and the lack of reviews can make it hard to judge although this website helps tackle that sometimes. I use 3 websites to find my TS punts: London TS, Birchplace and Shemale.UK

The escorts on London TS tend to all be current adverts as I’ve heard it’s quite expensive to advertise on there so only girls currently offering their services are on the main page of the site. 

Birthplace is great as well and has more adverts than London TS and the girls sometimes put different pics on there to the ones they list on London TS, so it’s worth looking for a particular girl’s ad in both places to see some different pics and see if they’re genuine.  If there is a just a clock in the top right of their pic it means they haven’t logged into their account and may not be in the country anymore.
