I hugely favour calling them but in my experience they only answer about 1 in 25 times, I actually jump if they pick up and say hello! I end up going Oooooh, oh,oh, errrr ummm ummm before regaining my composure and saying Hellllooooo and slipping into my phone voice proper (which is just my normal voice minus swearing).
