I usually text but decided to call instead, she was super friendly and immediately you felt comfortable and that it wasn’t going to be an awkward punt. Arranged a date and time and was given the postcode and to call when I got there.
LOCATION
In the Southchurch area of Southend, a converted house in a residential street, free parking ok in the road with no restrictions. The house looked tidy and not run down.
THE PUNT
On arrival I called and was told the house number but also had to call again as I was approaching the door, I guess the reason being that as it’s a converted house she didn’t want the other flat to be aware of comings and going’s.

It actually made me think this may be my last punt, very deflated. Not worth a negative as Grace is probably many other punters taste and it would be unfair, but not for me.
