23 Cookson Street

Was walking down Cookson Street after a few pints and noticed this place directly across the road from Brooklyns and Secrets so decided to knock on the door.

After waiting a few mins waiting i was greeted and invited in by a lil Thai women around 5ft2 in a dressing gown who i'd say was late 30's early 40's and very attractive called Joy. She asked how long i wanted to which i said half hour and was told £20 so i opted for that.

Led into the room it was very dark and some shit pan pipe kind of music going off so i asked nicely for the lights to be turned on and music off. Which was done instantly before her leaving the room and telling me to strip and lie facedown. The bed was comfy but it was just a blow up bed and very springy.

She gave a half decent firm back massage for about 10 mins before working my bottom half which was mostly cc swipes and running her fingers on the inside of my legs for another 5 mins. Then i was asked to turn over and after about 5 mins giving me a chest massage she seen i was ready so she asked if i wanted any extras. I said yes natutally thinking i was only going to get a hj, but she offered me a bj for £30 or full sex for £60. I asked about cim if i went for full sex and she agreed for an extra £10 to do it.

Money handed over she left the room then came straight back and stripped off to show a fully shaven pussy and some half decent sized tits with big dark nipples which i pounced on straight away. she had a tight body with a few lil stretch marks on her thighs but nothing major.

She started giving me a bj to get me going, then it was on with the rubber. We ended up just doing it missionary, and doggy for a few min because i was ready to pop wayyyyy to quickly then finished in her mouth which she spat out in a sink.

After sitting on the bed and talking for a few mins i asked if i could go again and she agreed for the same price. Now i was thinkin it would be £70 but she wanted £90 for the half hour time aswell but we settled on £80.

Anyway 2nd tme round i lie back on the bed and she starts again giving me a bj uncovered to get me up then again on with the rubber. Then she gets on top and rides me slowly but then went fucking rapid out of nowhere but because how springy the bed was it was shit so i ended up on top with her legs over my shoulders and a few other positions before going doggy and slipping my thumb up her ass which she sounded like she quite enjoyed. (I Genuinly think for a fee you could do anal with her). Ended up wanking in her mouth to finish and her spitting it out in the sink again.

All in all it was a wkd experience for £170 for full sex twice with cim both times.

2 days later before going home i went again and was greeted at the door by what can only be described as horrid. The person who answered was in a dressing gown and looked late 50's and had a very manly face and very broken English. I asked if Joy was their but she wasn't so i just got out the door as soon as i could.

Parking would be easy as you could litreally park right outside or around the corner and it wasn't very busy around the area at 7pm.

Next time i travel up to Blackpool i will be visiting again but i will be arranging it by phone before hand to make sure Joy is working.

The head of Blackpool Planning said she'd shut the place down if she got evidence that sexual services were on offer.
You've just given her that evidence

There was a warning reminder only yesterday

What’s the point of a review section if we can’t submit reviews?

I have heard that Police have warned another owner who had premises closed in Wrexham that they had seen reviews on this site. They are clearly visible in Google search and you don’t need to be a member here to see them.

Is there a way to prevent the posts on this site from being indexed and visible to all?

Otherwise every massage parlour review risks a compliance visit.

The police would have to be able to prove there was more than one prostitute in the building. Brothels are legal if there is only one person offering sex for money. Obviously, if they all did that they wouldn’t get hardly any business. But they won’t be able to shut it down just like that. If they were serious they could send an undercover cop in with hidden camera and get it shut in 5 minutes but they haven’t so it shows the threat is empty

The council don't have to prove use as a brothel to take action. The provision of any sexual services will be a breach of the planning permission.

An internet review is not proof or evidence. At best it could be used to build up an intelligence picture on a place. Any nobhead could make up false allegations and get a place shut down.

Reviews could certainly bring a place under the radar of course, but couldn't be used as proof a place is doing sexual services. I could say on here that I'm a millionaire, does not mean that I am and I'll still be back shopping in Lidl when I log off.

Plus then theres the burden of proof and whether it is 'beyond reasonable doubt' or 'balance of probabilities'. Any premises that is required to have a licence by the council could find it hard to get the licence renewed.

If they want to stay below the radar they're not doing themselves any favours with their advertising. Unless you think that might be fake too?
