So the criteria to distinguish a TV from a TS is silicone tits ?  How does that change a he to she. Seems like nitpicking really, still a guy, To be honest my best experiences have been with what you class a Tv, not a fan of silicone and they seem far less vain and up themselves.

I think it's often a grey area whether a girl is 'genuinely Trans', or 'merely' a CD.

For me, things I'm looking for in a TS are: her own (hopefully long) hair, smooth all over, feminine voice, feminine demeanour, breasts (implants or otherwise). If she's on hormones too then this tends to assist in all of those. The Holy Grail for me though, is hormone-induced breasts, even if they are small. They'll also tend to have puffy nipples which is liable to render me slightly  .
