Arrived on time, rang and spoke to some grumpy, rude lady, shown in and presented with a non-English speaking, tall good looking girl. When I asked I was told Kimmie was not available and she didn't offer the services I wanted. So the choosing/booking process was a waste of time as you get a random bird. So I walked and went elsewhere pissed off at wasting my time and being taken for a mug.
