Location: Flat at the bottom of Easter Road, not very discrete; Flat itself nice and clean

Intrigued to know this as well, it sounds creepy as hell "a thorough inspection of the good" i assume he means goods but regardless what does that exactly consist of? Seems a bit obsessive and looking for flaws imo.

Inspection of the goods includes 1- scanning her body for bad skin, scars, hairy parts. 2- checking whether her body matches her photos, 3- how attractive is she, if all boxes check, I proceed, if not, you know what I would do

I was struggling to see what parts of interest you might have inspected for unacceptable hairiness
