External Link/Members OnlyI've sat on this review for a while now wondering whether to post it or not. I don't know if the moderators will bin it because I didn't receive the confirmation that I asked for nearer to the time of the booking. I'll just post the review and see what happens.
On Monday the 26th of October 2020 I contacted Sluttie bitch. Through a combination of emails and texts we agreed a meeting at 9.30am on Friday the 30th of October and she gave the post code. I told her I was looking forward to it and she replied "Me too x". Then I asked her to please let me know if anything came up that would make her need to cancel. So as far as I was concerned that was the booking made. I didn't think anything about it until the day before the booking because as far as I was concerned it was booked.
The day before the booking I texted at 8.47pm "Hi lovely. Just texting to make sure that we're still on for 9.30 tomorrow x". I got no reply. Next day on the morning of the booking I texted again at 8.38am "Morning, hope we're still on for 9.30. I'll be setting off soon x". Still no reply. So I'm thinking what do I do?. If I don't turn up and she's expecting me she'll think that I've stood her up. Like a daft twat I set off to the postcode.
The place is in Seacroft about 1 kilometre to the south of where the A58 meets the A6120. It's a reasonably nice area with lots of available free road parking. I arrived early and checked my phone texts and emails to see if she had messaged me while I was driving but she hadn't. Then I waited until a few minutes before the booking time and texted her but got no reply. Waited a bit and texted again. No reply. Waited until 15 minutes past the booking time and texted again. No reply so I rang her. Still no reply so I went home and had a wank.
At 11.16am she contacted me by email and was very apologetic. She said that the booking didn't happen because she'd been up all night due to her kid being sick. That's fair enough if it's true. I'd never expect anyone to put me before their kid but she had plenty of time to ping off a quick text and cancel. She said that if I booked her again she'd give me a £10 discount. I haven't taken her up on that yet and I don't think that I will.
The sick kid explanation could be a dishonest bullshit excuse but I will give her the benefit of the doubt. If she was having a stressful time with her kid then I can understand why I would be well down on her priority list. I don't think that she is generally unreliable because she has three reviews on another site and those reviewers got to see her (I won't name the site because that's against this site's rules). So her explanation might be true. I don't want to steal other people's reviews but the general consensus on the site where she has those three reviews is that she is a bit older and heavier than her profile pictures suggest. The three reviews are a mixed bag. One good, one average and one poor. If she has any reviews on this site I couldn't find them.
As harsh as it may seem I think I really should give a negative because I had my time and petrol wasted. Some might think that negative is unjustified because they may think that I should've made sure that I got confirmation before setting off. She didn't tell me not to come though. If I'd taken her up on the offer of a discount I'd have effectively got the petrol money back so I feel a bit mean giving negative. All I can do is explain what happened and people can make up their own mind as to what they would score.
