Comms: Communicated via text. This was my main issue. As mentioned by others Amy uses a maid to deal with the comms, who isn't good at it all. I recommended to Amy that she get another maid. Good grasp of English but the maid isn't prompt with replying. Where Amy lives there is little mobile phone coverage, so I recommend getting the comms done before you leave.
