This was going to be a negative but she seems to have had decent reviews and may of geuinely had a flooded flat.

Coms - Very good. Texted Weds (early Nov) to meet Friday afternoon as I had a lunch meeting in Farringdon. On Met line around 12pm on the day texts to say her" flat has flooded". Bit annoyed. Had meeting and went to a pub (needing a "substantial meal"!). Checked AW and her light was still green. Neutral as giving her the benefit of the doubt here.

Utter waste of time

Given the circumstances, I’d say you dodged a bullet there OP... previous reviews have been less than satisfactory.  Also I’d say she was definitely older than 46 - easily early to mid fifties.

What time was your meet booked for?  If she gave you a good couple of hours notice, then Neutral could be fair.

Booked for 3pm she called around 3pm, just weird how all of a sudden the flat is flooded and she had her light on the rest of the day and the day after. Looks wise I am happy with anything above mid 40s under 60, so not a deal breaker for me. As you say, neutral maybe fair. Am certainly not going to try again that is for sure, Lockdown and better options out there.

Your initial post said she texted you at 12pm... if she gave 3 hours notice, then a neutral rating is fair enough, but if as you say above, she cancelled with only a few mins notice, then that should be an automatic Negative- especially given a flat can’t flood in 5 minutes and her working light remained on for the rest of the day and the next day.

So which is it... when did she text you 12pm or 3pm?  :unknown:

Apologies if I did not make that clear, appointment was for 3pm, got cancellation text at 12pm. Thought that was clear but if not my bad. Main point being it felt a bvit crappy.
