Made a booking to see Chrissi, and was given the appartment address.  She even said she would write the appointment in her book because she is 'professional'.

I turn up at the venue and the 'phone just goes to voicemail and no further contact from her since.

From the comments on here, she sounds like she is probably a good SP but, in my limited experience, is unreliable.

For clarity, was this a same day or advance booking? If the latter I always arrange to confirm an hour or two before the punt time. If there's no confirmation then I don't travel.

No subsequent contact with her, like an explanation, apology, offer of compensation, etc isn't good either. It's useful information to know how a WG responds to a situation like this.

This was a same day booking, I spoke to her about four or five hours before the scheduled meeting.  I get the impression that Chrissi is not new to this game but perhaps I should have treated it as any other first time meeting with an unknown quantity and, as you say, confirmed beforehand.

She's been in the game many years. She was a WG, then had / has her own parlour, and seems to have returned as an independent for a while.

I've never punted her but have previously been to her parlour on many occasions. I'm surprised she treated you like that as her organisation and customer service were generally good.

I suggest you contact her and ask what happened and how she intends to compensate you. It's then up to you whether you accept. Irrespective, the red stays red, but you could post an update if there's a satisfactory outcome.
