Has anyone caught a type of STD from OWO? I have considered to go with full protection, can you still get gonorrhea, herpes, chlamydia or other STD even if you use the condom properly?

I've had Gonorrhea twice, both times from owo. However, ow does nothing for me at all, so I take the risk and test regularly. I'd have thought ow would carry very little risk.

I had a near miss earlier this year. WG had tested positive for oral gonorrhea and got the result the day after I enjoyed her sucking me off. She was asymptomatic so I reckon she caught it very early with her routine test. I could very easily have contracted it but a couple of tests revealed I was clear. I should emphasise the WG in question was beyond reproach in all of this, she made sure any guys she'd seen were informed anonymously.

And I've just reminded myself, a few years ago, exactly the same thing happened, in exactly the same way, and thankfully played out in exactly the same way. This was with a well-known and highly regarded forum darling (and no, the review isn't on here because I saw her when I wasn't on UKP).

Certainly all the conditions above can be contracted through OWO. With a condom you vastly reduce the risk, almost to zero I should imagine? Possibly herpes might be a very small risk still, but certainly a lot less than without a condom.

All punting is risky to some degree, you pays your money and you makes your choice  .

I think herpes is the only thing you may still catch, even when using protection.

Without protection, obviously all those carry some risk.

Are you under 30?  If so I thought all this was covered in schools for more than the past decade.

I’ve had Gonorrhoea once from a tinder girl sucking me off, had chlamydia once from another tinder girl. I do test every 1-2 months via SHL. Not had an issue for at least two years.

Who's on Tinder is by and large, merely a sample of random people who want free and easy sex with no strings. I would qualify that by saying a workmate met his missus on there and now has two lovely kids, but basically you're meeting people for random sex if you go on Tinder.

It's a choice which you made.

I've not barebacked on first date but have on first time back to hers for all the way. I gather there's been a rise in STIs from older women due to such menopausal assumptions about safe sex.

It is, though I've not been on this year. Dipped toe into Bumble but didn't find much doing for hookups.
