What's wrong with then? I think you mean what's wrong with them.   Nothing is wrong with them. Some people seem to have more crap punts than others. Hence the high number of Negative/Neutral ratings.
The bosses know what is going on inside the rooms. They know what the girls are up to.

not sure what the new boss at cotteridge is like; but for sure jasmine was well aware of what her girls did, and was happy with that, so long as they didn't fuck them.

biggest cop out in the industry is to use the 'my boss might walk in' excuse. most of the doors have locks on for a start, which they usually put on as soon as you agree to extras.

Yeah agree bosses will know what is going on, but probably happy as long as they don't read about it online!
I usually insist the door is locked, but there are places where there is no lock and so anyone can walk in.
