Author Topic: Can SP's View Profiles  (Read 987 times)

Hi All
Can SP's view who has been looking at their AW profiles?

Online RandomGuy99

Anyone can view any profile on AW.

Do you mean do they get presented with a list of viewers?  ( I suspect not as it would be a feckin long list for some people )

I've often wondered if they get to see who has added them to their hot list.  Again, I suspect not as it would be a long list for some.  It would allow SPs to contact people who are interested in seeing them to let them know what area the SP is going to be in.

i think it does tell them when they've been added to someones hotlist.

I think you’re right there. As for who’s viewed a profile I would imagine that’s highly unlikely. Besides you can view profiles without logging on.

Thanks Guys
Yes, I did mean could SP's see a log of who has been viewing their profiles on AW. Agreed it would be a very long daily list for some.

They can also see how many emails you have sent on AW, I got talking to an SP once about AW, they obviously have a different dashboard than what we have she also said they can chat to other SPs about punters if needed, whether that's true I'm not sure?

Yeah, I think they can see counts of email sent, emails replied to, etc. so they can see if you're one of those that sends a lot of emails but never books.

I suspect there's also notes that the SPs can add and share.

A SP showed me that dashboard once - they are able to see a list of everyone who has added them to their AW hotlist. Don't know about the other features - was just a brief flash and too long ago for me to recall.

This sort of info can only be seen if a member has an alias - meaning AW thinks the member has had two accounts and decides to link them. Ordinarily unless AW links to an alias an SP can't see any information about emails, bookings made etc. The stats revealed have been incredibly revealing to me as an SP, to see how many bookings have been made yet a person has a fraction of the feedback, same with email to booking request ratio. However a lot of bookings don't involve use of the booking request form, also many SPs and SSs don't leave feedback but the 'conversion' rate can be a bit shocking to see! Thousands of emails in a few months also reveals how many messages are zooming around out there.

Thanks for the insight.

There is a thing called "Client Connections" in your AW profile. If you disable it they cannot see that you hotlisted them (or removed them). It also stops you receiving spam emails from rotund pensioners 200 miles away asking for a photo or suggesting you meet them. I dunno if it stops them seeing other aspects of your profile/activity but I think it's right that they can see certain aspects in order to weed out maniacs, oddballs and time-wasters. At the end of the day, a normal genuine punter is not going to have any issues with an escort seeing a broad picture of his AW activity - only dodgy blokes would want it all hidden.

I contacted a service provider many years ago on AW, asking for clarification whether certain services were available, and got a reply saying she wouldn't see me because of the services that are of interest to me that are ticked on my profile

Very true.  I like an SP to be comfortable seeing me not nervous about it.
