When I first used the flat...4/5 years ago...it was purely a Thai massage joint, predominantly staffed by Patcha and Lena. Since it became a full on knocking shop...2/3 years ago...it's as you say, very much hit n miss and basically a merry go round for UK based Thai tourers.
