So met up with Blonde_Lucy who is about 10 mins walk from Willesden Green station in a block of flats and has another person residing in the flat.

You can't rely on WGs for much, but you CAN rely on the fact that if there's a clock on display anywhere in the room, it will be set ten minutes fast. You can guarantee it.
