Comms: very easy texting: £45/hr for massage, £60 with HE and naked B2B also offered (but declined).
Parking: directed to a private parking close by which worryingly said that non-residents might be towed or clamped.
The meet: advertised as a 25 yr old, I would say that the lady I saw was approaching double that. I soon found out that there are 3 girls working in the house and the one I got usually answers the phone. Unfortunately that part of her job was evident during the massage itself. Into the massage, she was quite playful immediately and provided a good hot oil rub, albeit not that firm. Lots of fondling while lying face down before being asked if I wanted extra fun (naked massage) but I didn't find her attractive enough for me to dig deeper. On turn over, she started straight into the HE (although not strictly "the ending" as we were only 30 mins in). Decent job done, some massage to the arms and legs, another quick turnover with some more work on my back and I was on my way. Checked my watch - had only had 50 minutes but frankly not too bothered, and glad to see my car still there when I got outside. I will not be returning.
