I would forget the agencies if your focused on the south,  more high quality indies in this area, check out the reviews here to reduce your risk of a bad punt, if you find a WG you are interested in you can always ask questions. The more you read on UKP the more you will learn how to read an AW profile.

Hmmm not my experience. I tour because I love traveling around the county. I get to see new places, experience new things and meet different people, that and stay in some very nice hotels/apartments it's like a little holiday. A great bonus to the job!

Good advice given on here. I have punted with a number of WGs from oop north that were down near me in London on tour. Most of these WGs have been good and as i wouldnt of been travelling to punt with them oop north it was a good opportunity for some variety.

After reading so many posts, I'm trying to work out what all this has got to do with touring?

My admittedly limited experience of girls on tour is that they are basically keeping on the move because they can't/don't want to sustain regulars for whatever reason. The sexylady poster might think it's a great way to have a holiday and meet people, but I'm sure that's a minority intent. It's earn quick and move on out of the way, especially with the EE's, who operate bait and switch as well. Going to incalls in hotels can be real bad news. You're lucky if you don't find that.

I don't understand this.  If you're new to something, how can you be weary of part of it?  Surely you'd still be enjoying "the excitement of the new"?

I also don't understand what you find difficult in the word "touting"; I'd have thought that most people, punters or not, would understand that it meant something like "recommending to others someone you've met and enjoy seeing".

It's used, especially, in respct of the female members of this Board.  But, afaik, it no longer applies to Paris B!!
