Location well is a bit out the way to say the least about 15 min drive from Porthmadog down a very narrow lane in the middle of woods! The track down from road to the cottage is awful very rough wouldn't take my car down there again! Directions by text off her was spot on to think the location was so out the way,did get a warning off her to close the gates behind me on my way down the track!
