I think it's likely she is "legit" but of course how good she is and how accurate her profile and photos are is another question entirely.
Personally, she's not particularly appealing (especially given scutty's helpful post above) even if she were to half her over-inflated rates when she's in Manchester. Given her rates, I'm not surprised she needs to use "proposals and flirts". Anyway, I have them turned off because I found most of them to be irrelevant to me or not appealing.
