Out of the loop on this, if you don't mind, what is the history of the crew. I have been umming and aahing about trying out HOD.
Ah the storied history of HoD, whole books could be written about it, if you're lucky LLPunting or another veteran will fill you in.
I've only been a regular for the last year or so, and only seen Brooklyn (now left), Elizabeth & Gabriela . But this much I can verify myself:

* Very easy & reliable booking.
* Very low chance of a poor service, or someone who's majorly different from her pics.

* Run in a "conveyor belt" like way, with back to back bookings. I normally get about 5 mins less time with the girl than I paid for.
* Very low chance of getting a true stunner like you can if lucky with AW or a proper agency. (I've only punted 3, but seen maybe a dozen different lasses while visiting Gabriela. None are true stunners, though most are well above average.)
As for the history, I think they used to have a great reputation for providing good service for punters.
But apparently the pimp caused some ill will by coming onto forums & acting like a jerk.
Like Liverpool says, suspicion arose that they were writing / or paying for fake reviews.
The crew has maybe 60+ girls a year if you include turnover & the lasses that work in Milton Keynes. There's been a few cases of former employees saying they've been treated unfairly.
Just my opinion, but I've good reason to think the management is if anything above average at looking after the girls. The boss is old bill, he's been on TV saying he's vigilant about not having any trafficked girls, which I take to be true.
I've had some of my best ever punts there - but then I'm not a high end punter, and maybe I've been lucky with the 3 lasses I've seen. (All in my reviews. Gabriela is the one I've seen the most - I reviewed her as 'Anabella' as first met her when she worked at a rival agency.)
