Lads afternoon on the sauce, new I was goi g to be able to create a free hour for a punt.

I would say she has some sort of palsy, her face and speech patterns are affected and it would explain the odd makeup of her flat which seems to me to be some kind of assisted living facility (Or at least it used to be)

She doesn't live at the flat, only rents it for working in.  She lives in a town a few miles away.
Not 100% sure but think the tennent or previous occupier maybe disabled.

I personally never noticed anything odd about her looks. I rarely comment on looks as they are subjective. It's attitude, enthusiasm and level of service that matter to me.

Agree, possibly a minor stroke or as you say Palsy. Speaks out of the side of her mouth a bit. Saw her some years ago a few times. Got a bit pissy with me on the first visit as she thought I was looking at her strangely until I explained why and then she was fine but is definitely conscious of her appearance facially. A very pretty good looking Lady though who was (is) a great punt.
