It's right opposite the busy bus stop for The Royal - I reckon you have an 80% chance of there being a bus outside when you're entering or exiting this gaff. I saw Coco a week or so ago agree with a the above, although the premises aren’t as nice as others in the city and the walls a little to paper thin so you can hear what’s going on next door.
