Arranged booking at 3 PM and reached 15 minutes before appointment and text message but no reply then called 7 times every 5 minutes and direct to voicemail without any response

Hate it when they do that. Seen her a few times and had no problems. But doing this once is to many times.

She does a conveyor belt service, so she was probably overrunning with the previous client. You didn't miss much
