You clearly haven't read his posts. He has contributed NOTHING, not even a snippet of relevant/currently useful info.
If you think pointing out facts (lack of contributions) is belligerent then that's your problem. You clearly don't have a problem with my posts otherwise you wouldn't bother to reply or have made so many other posts. You can pretend you don't contribute anything actually useful because you're offended or scared or whatever but clearly you just can't be arsed. Besides, people who are so ultra sensitive are unlikely to be reliable reviewers and they probably have much bigger issues in life anyway given their sensitivity.
The proportion of members who bother to post has a lot more to do with natural laziness and particularly lack of incentive, rather than anything else. All forums, no matter how friendly and welcoming they are, suffer from a huge proportion of lurkers:
