if I may presume to add... for whatever reason, when I've latterly been in similar situations, I've found it healthy, though counter-instinctual, to forego the temptation to 'get my money's worth'... to resist the urge to get an unfulfilling orgasm, and just tell them that, 'no - that isn't how you do a good job'.  The bad review comes much easier and the next orgasm feels so much better.
