Never been to Tops. Tried once, during the working day, and found all the nearby roads jammed with parked cars, quite a few blocking the pavement (such as it was). And the entrance was really off-putting: up an outside staircase in full view of nearby premises. Most indiscreet. I drove round once and gave the place up. On the basis of this review, I did the right thing.

I have only ever visited parlours as opposed to independents here in Bristol; confidence in doing so is suddenly -1 for me.

Looked up the "Tops brothelkeeping" case on the Bristol Post website. Three people were in court (mother and family). Apparently they had continued to operate the place and advertise, despite repeated warnings, right up to the hearing. Which was put in evidence against them. The mother said (via her counsel) that she intends to run a "small legitimate business" from here on. Presumably it will be called "Benefits R Me".

That all makes sense, when I went there posters were on the wall declaring no sexual services were on offer, which i thought was odd and to be fair I didn't really get any. I wouldn't recommend this place but it's cheap and discreet at night.
