External Link/Members OnlyI had a rare opportunity for a punt on a Saturday evening, so after scouting around for who was available I noticed Bella at Amour, checked reviews on here and all seemed good and just my type.
I always use their on-line booking form, it auto fills my details (including phone number), for initial contact then continue by email and txt, all sorted and booking made and confirmed for her first appointment at 8pm.
Wallsend is only about 10 minutes from me so after getting myself ready and popping a little blue helper, while waiting to leave at about 7.40 for some reason, no idea why, I thought I'd better check my emails, switched the computer back on and found the one from Amour, telling me she had cancelled her shift, that had been sent at 6.55. It was the usual excuse of 'family issues' but I'm more inclined to think it was a lack of bookings and she didn't think it worthwhile turning out for my 45 minutes. She is down as back on shift today.
I appreciate the need for discretion but I would've thought getting no response to the cancellation email would give an indication it hadn't been seen. In a situation like that I think a discrete txt would be acceptable, better than me banging on the door of an empty flat attracting attention from neighbours, which almost happened.
Too late for a 'plan B' so no punt for me. I was offered a discount on a future booking with her but declined the offer.
