Hi, hoping for some much help and advice needed.

Caught a real bad one here...

Few months ago got talking to this girl on seeking. Very petite, pretty in a chavvy sort of way.

Swapped numbers to chat on WhatsApp and it was just ridiculous.

She wanted an arrangement where I paid her rent on a house for 900 a month, plus an allowance of 1500 a month.

Obviously I said no, then every few months or so she'd come back saying she was desperate and could I send her 1000. I'm sure she tries it with lots of blokes, obviously I just said no.

Then another time she came back and we got talking and she eventually agreed to meet for sex for 250. The agreement was that if it went well a future arrangement would be for 1000 a week for 2 meets. I was never going to pay that, and only ever said 'if the first meet went well'. Never actually agreed to it.

Met up and it was awful. She was very tight, but as soon as I went to put it in, she pulled away saying it hurt. Tried 3 times and just gave up. Still paid her the 250 and settled for a BJ with CIM.

This was nearly 4 weeks ago.

After I said we can't have sex as it hurts you so I don't think this will work. But she kept saying g 'no next time it will go in' etc.

I always kept old messages and screenshots and was 100% careful with privacy for this very reason
Agree my strategy would just be to block.  Accusing of rape is very serious step for her to make so maybe point out that and how you have all of your old chats then shut it down.  The more you engage the worse it will get

trash the sim, report it stolen if you really want and get another number, or wait till the contract ends and simply switch and not transfer the number.

and never ever give out your real number, no matter how many pictures or videos they promise via whatsapp, get a basic punting phone that does fuck all but text and calls and has no gps or any other shit it doesn't need!

Jeepers! That is a big lesson...……….. personally (but then hindsight is great isn't it?) I wouldn't have met her (and would have blocked her) given all the shite she gave you beforehand, as it just would have had "unnecessary hassle" written all over it and who needs that right?

I agree with others that you should block and move on, forget her, but be more careful next time.

The worst she can do is cry rape, or that she is underage (so under 16 not 17) or both - though for her to do that - on the basis that what you have said is the truth then I don't see why she'd want to out herself as a lying crazy banshee to the police as well as to you...… risking prosecution for wasting police time.

Blocking her number isn't enough. It just stops her contacting you from one specific telephone number. If she withholds her number or uses a different phone, you're no further forward.

"I didn't know she was underage" is a legitimate defence if she is over 13 IIRC, so claiming to be 17 won't help her.  Of course she could still make up random shit that might force the police to investigate, but then she'd run the risk of being prosecuted for "wasting police time" or "attempting to pervert the course of justice" or similar.  However, if you're married, the police investigation might tip off your wife - there was a now-blacklisted pro$$ie who threatened to do something similar to a punter on here, but AFAIK nothing happened: perhaps the police are aware that they might get used like that.

So either keep the evidence, or take it to the police yourself.  Though it's probably unlikely that anything more will come of this.

It's well-known that the police monitor UKP.  So post whatever details you have, not jut to warn us, but also to give the police a heads-up in case she tries something.

Not trying to worry you but - all the advice on here is not 100% accurate. Certainly block her and move on as its probably a scam but if she does go to the police and make certain allegations (eg rape) their normal starting point is to believe everything she says. Then they arrest you on suspicion of rape, take to to the police station, photograph you, finger print you and only then start to make enquiries into her allegation. Its a very one sides and unfair process for us guys.

And if she is really underage, ie underage for sex (not sure of the position for underage to sell sex) then her saying she IS old enough is no defence as far as I am aware (but will stand to be corrected if someone else is 100% sure that it can be)

As I said, I am not trying to scare you but don't be naive on this - pre-warned is pre-armed. Make sure you keep all the evidence to show that whatever happened was consensual. As others have said, its probably just a scam on her part and she will move on to another target soon.

Don't do that, it looks as if you have something to hide.
Switch to using a new sim card, but keep the old one for a while - just don't use it.

ive been through something similer, had the police ring, and i was "invited" to an interview, (if you dont go, well you will be arrested) wasnt finger printed or arrested, just make sure u have a lawyer if you get invited. did interview, then had to wait ages to find out nothing was going to happen. but the waiting was really awful.

id suggest respecting the police, and the process if anything happens, i doubt much will happen, but the anxiety really ground me away
