Spent a week in Serbia for Exit festival got back yesterday. Watched the cure. It’s outside the EU & was NATO bombed in 98. 20 years ago after the war it used to be an amazing punting destination from what I heard - my friend went there after the war and had quite a few hotties for absolutely nothing.
It’s not a rich country but surprisingly prices are probably 1/3 London prices for going out, drinks etc. I was wondering why everyone was so tall and I looked it up, and the average male height is 6 foot the average female is 5’7. So it’s not uncommon to see guys who are 6 foot 7 walking around. I noticed it more of the festival with a younger crowd, the older people seemed smaller like us. And what that means is the slightly above average girl can be model hot
spent four days in Novi Sad for the festival came back on Monday morning to Belgrade. I had a last-minute deal & got a large city center apartment for about 25 pounds on the last minute 50% off deal. It was advertised to sleep 5 but my mates left on Monday morning so it was just me. It looked like the perfect shag pad - plush, air-conditioned, all new furniture.
I’ve attached a screenshot which is edited to remove a couple of personal contacts. I literally spent 5 hours trying to get laid, using a local Sim card, WhatsApp and Viber. I used what seemed like the biggest escorting sites but I was shocked at the prices. Most were asking for €200 per hour similar to the average monthly salary.
To me that’s insane. I had a limit of €100 per half an hour because that’s what I would pay in London. and in my mind it should be €10 because that’s what these girls used to charge 10 years ago. I found one for 120e/hr but despite saying Owo on her profile when I asked she said no. I found another for 50 euros/half he that price but she wouldn’t do out calls but I don’t know if it was genuine. Another couple that seemed promising again had different profiles services from what they offered. . It seemed like the London bait and switch Romanian scams where they would not pick up the phone. A few different profiles had the same number. I didn’t just use one site I went on 5 popular sites.
Day 2: I continued looking on websites texting messaging and calling girls, but also asked a local Serbian friend. He said there are some areas in Belgrade with street girls picin park next to the faculty of economics. A quick Google search revealed he was right, they were actually news articles about open prostitution there for 1000 dinars (about £8) from 2016, 3 years ago.
So I took a taxi there, probably about 2 AM and there was absolutely nothing. I walked around the area for half an hour and did not see a single prozzie. I wish I was joking but in desperation I asked the taxi driver and he said it’s all cleaned up now since the police cracked down.
So I went home, tried a couple more hours to get any girls through the Internet and ended up jerking off and falling asleep.
People have been giving me shit about preferring the old days of street girls but this is what I mean, I’ve spent two days and got nothing. I’m sure if you’re willing to pay whatever they’re asking and have the organizational skills or you can get laid, but for someone like me I actually wonder if I would’ve had more luck pulling a local girl in a bar.
Ps. I lived in Prague for two years so speak Czech and actually could understand and get along with basic Serbian.
