Just assume Sergei/someone else writes the profile and the SP hasn't seen it, confirm everything you want on the phone and again before you hand over the cash, should help you avoid the run around.

Thanks for the review. I tried to see her recently but she was shit with comms. The lack of CIM and bullshit around services/extras means it's definitely HL-1 now.
