I called recently to Jasmine of Golders Green where I had an excellent massage in her very clean flat. She is a beautiful Thai lady of I would say in her late 30s. She does provide hand relief and allows touching but I don't think any other extra services.

her website says £50 for 1hour, is there extra for HR?

Yes I was charged 80 altogether but well worth it.
