I managed to get an appointment this morning. Called the number and spoke to her, she sounded upbeat and quite happy to discuss what we could do in 15 minute booking. I ended up saying I'd have 30 minutes and drove over to her apartment block which is a near Furlong Lane which is Halesowen/Cradley.

Good punt, had my monies worth and left on or around the 30 minute mark. Happy.
