Looks like a false profile to stay well clear of
if you look at gallery last 2 photos are copies of feedback
Unfortunately there is at least 10 of them with same date so looks like its just been created by the service provider

She has one negative feedback, so chosen to hide her feedback, but insted posting photos of the feedback, so in these photos where the negative feedback, I know she edited it out
So something really stinks here
