Explain, how did it not work, might help us to understand, what might have gone wrong

Same here, we must both have dirty, sex mad minds.

I even imagined  some sort of femdom situation, and sitting on a stool.

I tried Prilligy a couple of times but it didnt do anything other than make me slightley nauseous

I have used Tramodol in the past but I found it would also cause me to be nauseous. Tramodol worked for me but it would mess up my ejaculations, they would be feeble spurts and also continue to leak out afterwards for five minutes or so.

You can get emla cream over the counter and if you get the application right its perfect for a prolonged and enjoyable session, however if you get it wrong you will probaly be circa £100 down without a happy ending.

Whatever you do to stop what comes naturaly I think it will lessen the intensity, however, On some occasions I like to take in and enjoy all aspects of a punt so delaying the (hopefully) inevitable is a reasonable trade-off.

I tried it and didn't do anything for me either - had no side effects either which was good.

For me the reason was to make the most of bookings, I had this vision of me lasting 30 minutes in a punt and being completely knackered afterwards, hot and sweaty.

What I find works best for me is getting a BJ first then going down on the girl and then have sex - second time for me always takes ages.

Interestingly, when you read the details it basically says that a normal amount of time is 2-3 minutes - so my vision of lasting 30 minutes is probably pure fantasy on my part anyway!

Taking priligy (dapoxetine) with sildenafil (viagra) is extremely dangerous.... both medications lower your blood pressure tremendously, your lucky you didn't pass out or have an attack.
Banned reason: Blatant tout causing raised prices and misery to punters dirty fucker!

It is not extremely dangerous. They can be and are prescribed together (in the correct dosage) Neither lower your blood pressure 'tremendously' even if taken in combination. Of course this assumes an otherwise reasonably healthy individual, who is taking no other 'conflicting' medication.

ED and PE often go hand in hand. Treatment of ED should be carried out first as this may also treat the PE. If not prescribing dapoxetine should be considered also but having attempted to first remove other psychological causes of PE.

In terms of its efficacy as someone else has posted, should it assist PE you will not suddenly go from 3 minutes to half an hour or more. A more reasonable expectation would to double your norm.
Equally if you normally can go for half an hour you will not then go for hours on end because you do not have PE  :D
