We made a confirmed booking over the course of a couple of telephone conversations, and the communication at that point was good; she was polite and enthusiastic. However, on the day of the planned meeting, she didn't answer any of my calls or texts, so I ended up travelling all the way to Aberdeen for nothing.
I have not received a call or text from her in the way of an explanation and/or an apology.

It could, based on past experience, have taken up to 90 minutes to drive into Aberdeen, so I thought I had better make a start in case she started answering the phone closer to the time we had agreed to meet. The final phone call was, as usual, to confirm the address.
But, in retrospect, you're right; it was mental.
