My reviews here have been pretty accurate reflections regarding my experiences with a few SP's I can find links to that I have visited in the last year or so but they do not reflect the many I have recollection of in my extensive travels.. 
I might put up a few more "not so good" reviews but they often disssapear from AW and may be nameless SP's in parlours etc..
Even if they disappear from AW they're fairly likely to return and even if you don't spot their new profile, someone else on here may well as there are numerous examples on here of people pointing out a WG's new profile. Nonetheless, if they're not active or you can't find them (after searching thoroughly) then I certainly wouldn't make it priority.
As for nameless WGs in parlours, while that's true to some extent and many of them often change their name and/or have various active working names - a review is definitely still helpful. Proof of that is the many hundreds and often thousands of views they get on here (and there's probably more parlour reviews on here than you think - mainly due to the fact that they're not indexed so it's hard to see them all at a glance). I certainly find them helpful and I know plenty of others do too. Also, there are a number of members on here who are very good at linking all the WG's previous/current names and places of work - they'll often post that in some of the reviews which makes it easier to find all of the relevant reviews on here.
A review of a parlour girl is surely of very little value if you cannot identify her here easily?
It is still pretty easy to find them. The URL link is almost always posted (or subsequently added) for WG's who have profiles on a parlour website so that makes many easy to find. Even for those that don't, you just have to be very thorough with searching (e.g. doing a separate search for each of the various spellings/abbreviations of the parlour name) - it doesn't take long to do those searches. Some girls also have AW links and so those are indexed to their reviews making them easy to find (I've done that for numerous parlour girls on here).
My idea of what is good, bad or neutral is probably different to many folks.
I do not necessarily mind a mechanical service. GFE seems increasingly popular these days but I regard it as a "bonus", though at times it isn't what I am after anyway.. (More a problem with standard dating site women who I would rather pump and dump in a no kissing scenario)..
As long as you make it clear what you like and what you were expecting/hoping for then it really doesn't matter. The rating is totally up to you and it's really the detail that you provide that actually matters/will be universally helpful.
I think you should definitely review all your negative parlour punts and all those that you think will be negative to many folk on here. Ideally you should also post the neutrals too. Personally, I'm definitely guilty of posting nowhere near enough of my parlour neutrals, particularly in the past.
maybe giving sexy sandra another go, and even trying out the well reviewed Molly swedish, all decent priced for a half hour, but for some reason i just don't want to pull the trigger.
If it's any help, my 2nd punt with Sandra (she was a plan B) was just as good as my first (which I reviewed).
As for Molly Swedish, why don't you want to pull the trigger? If it's because you think she might be too passive or you're not a fan of how she looks in her photos then you might want to heed some of her most recent reviews, two of which are neutral -
