The guy's an imbecile, doing what he did would be not only humiliating for the woman, but she might well also find it very intimidating. So yes, he definitely sexually harrassed her, and he did it twice, so he deserves to be prosecuted.
But apparently the law in NI is different from the rest of the UK, paying for sex is illegal there, and apparently, so is
trying to pay for sex?
I'm wondering whether this has come about because of pressure from the Catholics, or whether
everyone in NI is thick enough to think that outlawing prostitution is a good thing?
I never cease to be amazed at some of the absolute crap that comes out of NI, a lot of it because actually good politicians have little chance of being elected into public office. Any old shit will do because it seems like most people just vote down sectarian lines, rather than for someone who actually might be any good
