Sorry for the typo guys, it should of course read OWO.    And another thought, the OP says plenty of parking with two hour restriction - the address given to me  ( off Westgate ) as far as I am aware there are lots of streets with no restriction, am I overthinking this ?

Not strange at all: Moldova's relationship to Romania is much like East Germany to West, one country, split by the Russians.
What is worth remembering is Moldovans don't have the legal right to remain and work here, unless they have a work visa - and she's unlikely to qualify for one of those.
But she may have a dodgy Romanian or Bulgarian passport - the Romanians will hand over passports to almost anyone.

Holey, for the times available been there, she texts back on that number, when responding to you, and not the one on VS  profile

As for parking, Bradford has got too many crazy parking wardens, safe to assume two hours around the areas without the meters

that is very much the case, i know a couple of Moldovans' that carry Romanian passports, as per most of these places, money talks and it is perfectly legal for them to get Romanian passports given some pretty lax requirements.
