I've seen Lucy before, when she worked in London Street, picked her.

You cant count, you have written 18 negatives, that's more than 10% of your encounters are negative, if you hand out negatives or praise willy nilly, it devalues both, imo.

To be frank, the only reviews in question here are yours, Son. 1 negative in 35 meets and you have the gall to criticise, arguably the most prolific reviewer in the country.
