First review - first ‘punt’, starting slow

Visited this week in the late afternoon.
Lady is I would guess Forties although looks much younger, small and attractive. Had a small dress on but her body looked great.
Texts back and forth went well booked in about 2 hours before appointment, arrived a little late and was let in within 1 minute. Taken upstairs with a nice view on the way up.
Asked if I had been before and what massage did I want, said no and what were the options. Offered 30 min massage £20, 60 min £35, HE extra £20 or B2b extra £40.
Went for 30 min and HE, £40.
Massage was decent, plenty of oil and touches to balls/crack. Probably a light medium massage overall.
About 20 mins in asked to turn, arms & legs massaged until she worked up to the HE.
Good technique and encouraged me to feel her ass under her dress.
Not sure I’m experienced enough yet to giver her a rating out of ten, left happy though.
