That's interesting where did you get the tick I parked on the main road just before the hospital but this was at night 10pm

The parking on the main road has a 30 minute time limit in the spaces on the far side of the road.  The near side has a very limited number of unlimited places.  It's near the hospital so parking during the day can be a nightmare.

I've seen Nanami myself a few times (and done a field report).  Limited English but very enthusiastic.
