Booked in to see on Thursday evening, comms were great, i even mentioned to her I would be running 10 minutes late and she advised to take my time - no rush!
Found the location, apartments, buzzed in and up I went. When Giulia opened the door (looks exactly as her pics) with a big smile, I knew this would be a decent punt and was looking forward.
Giulia took her time, conversing and making me feel comfortable... and then made me feel really really comfortable
