Location = Top floor flat in a very nice area near Holm Lea Rd. New build flats that are in okay condition for once. You have to basically walk right across the bottom floor neighbours living room windows to get to the main entrance, a little incongruous. The room itself is very cosy.

Comms = Quick response, although replies sparse and vague. Answers questions with questions like 'when you want to come?'

Duration = 30mins with HE £60

Looks = Cheeky Short 'Thai Auntie' in loungy clothes. Strips to thong for service.

Services = Cheesy background music on Ipad, candles, hot oil. Very smiley and nice to be around. Starts with a warm up that consists of towel covered muscle kneading. Massage feels good she has experienced hands. Whilst on front there isnt anything in the way of teasing.
 Turn over and asked if you want relief. The finish was standard with a nice bit of nipple twiddling with her spare hand. I got a good feel of the arse and tits. She offered a shower which I took.. its a bit mouldy and haggard but nothing outrageous. I eventually left bang on 30.

Very comfortable and enjoyable, I would perhaps go for longer next time to get more out of the massage.

I have visited this SP many times and disagree with most of the OPs review.

1. It’s £60 (including HE) for 1 hour. Not 30 minutes.
2. Never, in my experience, has she stripped to thong unless B2B and even then it’s not a thong. Granny pants comes to mind.
3. Every time I’ve visited there has been a lot of teasing. The cynic in me tells me that’s to get to the end game quicker!
4. Yes, the shower could be better but I’ve seen and unfortunately been in worse

Nope. It was merely in reference to how the op had suggested 30min massage/he  for £60 was positive. My enquiry was regarding massage and they replied from a different mobile number with a full shopping list. I have not followed this up as they look more for the full service brigade.

I got exactly the same thing.

The mobile number they reply from appears on a lot of places as an escort called "Cici", mainly in London and the surrounding areas.
I texted "Ada and Eva" to request prices, options etc and got a text from a different number with an address, nothing else. When I questioned it I got the same text as Rome66.
