This dates from some weeks ago. Natalia, or Daisy as she signs her emails, responded to a reverse booking in a hotel. It was pretty last minute but, after a short exchange of emails she confirmed acceptance of the meeting by email. No sooner had we exchanged phone numbers and had I texted her my room details, she said that “something had come up” and she wasn’t coming and that she felt bad about that. That was about an hour before the meeting.
